The world map relies on the typical assumption of Heaven and Hell each consisting of seven stepped layers arranged in a strict hierarchy. The structure ranks from the domain of the Creator, Entenamenkai home of God, to Sheol where Lucifer and his court reign.
Earth, or Assiah as it is known to angels and demons, can be found firmly between the Heavens and Hell. The layers of Heaven and Hell are connected to one another by hooked strings, which keep the edifice in place and maintain the balance between the two worlds.
Heaven has structure that is perhaps a little more complicated than that of hell. As well as being divided into seven layers, it is also known by three more generic names: Atziluth, Briah, and Yetzriah. Atziluth is the name for the uppermost level, Araboth; Briah is the name normally given to the second layer Zebul, and Yetzriah is the generic name for the other five levels.
